Potrise is a real estate investment platform owned and operated by Vimble, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Vimble," "Potrise," "we," "our," or "us"). Potrise provides a technology-driven gateway that enables investors around the world to invest fractionally in vetted real estate and infrastructure projects across Africa.

Our mission is to democratize access to Africa's growing real estate markets — particularly for members of the African diaspora — by removing barriers like geographic distance, limited transparency, and lack of verified investment vehicles.

Each project listed on Potrise is managed through a distinct legal entity ("Potrise Issuer") that owns or manages the underlying property or asset. Potrise acts as a platform to facilitate investor onboarding, documentation, communication, and performance tracking — but does not directly own, manage, or sell the real estate assets.
