1. Who We Are & What This Means for You

By accessing or using the Potrise website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.These terms are between you (the user) and Potrise. By using our website or app, you agree to follow these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use our services. If you're using Potrise on behalf of a company, you confirm you’re authorized to do so.

By signing up or using Potrise, you’re agreeing to a legal contract with us. Some features may have extra rules and we’ll let you know when that applies.

2. Privacy and Your Data

We take your privacy seriously. When you use Potrise, we collect certain information to help us serve you better like your name, contact details, and investment activity. We also use third-party tools to help manage your account and make sure everything stays secure.

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy. You also agree to keep your login details safe and to let us know immediately if someone else uses your account without your permission.

3. Doing Business Online

Everything we do happens online. By using Potrise, you agree to receive all documents including agreements, tax forms, and updates electronically via email or through the app. Electronic signatures are legally binding.

We recommend saving a copy of all documents for your records. If you need paper copies, you can request them (we may charge a small fee).

Your mobile or internet provider might charge you for using Potrise (for example, data or text message fees). That’s between you and your provider.

We don’t pay interest on uninvested funds in your account. You can withdraw them anytime unless otherwise stated.

5. Investment Rules

Our investments are regulated. Only eligible investors can invest through Potrise, and we follow all securities laws. Our offerings are not available to people outside approved countries.

Before investing, read all documents carefully including the offering materials and disclosures. Investments are not insured, may lose value, and aren’t guaranteed by any bank or government.

6. Opening & Using Your Account

To use Potrise, you’ll need to provide personal and financial info. We use this to confirm your identity and meet legal requirements (like anti-money laundering checks).

You’ll also need to link a bank account. You can update or change this anytime, but you must always have at least one active linked account.

7. What You Can and Can’t Do

You agree not to misuse Potrise. That means no hacking, copying our content, or using Potrise for anything illegal. Don’t try to impersonate others or tamper with the platform.

We can suspend or shut down your account if you break these rules.

8. Our Rights

Everything you see on Potrise text, design, videos, etc. belongs to us or our partners. You can’t use it without our permission.

We may update or change the app or website at any time without notice.

9. Limit of Our Responsibility

Potrise is provided “as is.” We don’t promise that everything will always work perfectly. We’re not responsible for any losses or damages including lost profits from using Potrise.

In any case, our total liability to you won’t exceed $50.

10. Closing or Changing the Agreement

We can change these terms at any time. If we do, we’ll let you know. Keep using Potrise only if you agree to the updated terms.

If we ever have to end your account, you must stop using Potrise and delete the app (if applicable).

11. Legal Stuff

These terms follow the laws of the State of New York. If any part of these terms isn’t valid, the rest still applies. You can’t transfer your rights to someone else without our okay — but we can, if needed.
